Jade313 0 Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 I’ve had an account since 2020 and as of Saturday all my data was lost! I opened the app and the page kept spoiling and wouldn’t upload. Can I recover my information. I hope it wasn’t hacked during the upgrade. What can I do to resolve the issue! Thanks..
VincentC 386 Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 You might check the web platform using a browser - likely your data is still there and it's just an issue with the Evernote server communicating with your local device. I'm sure others more expert than I am will reply giving you more steps to track this down. Likely it would be helpful to them to know what version of Evernote and Android you're running. Vinnie

It's surprisingly easy to accidentally create a new account by "logging in" with a different email, and of course the new account is empty.
