Can not undo changes for a note. Lost all note content from last two weeks

I am using evernote on a free account basis. I must have accidentally deleted content from a note(which stayed open, not closing evernote), and when clicking undo (ctrl z) I cannot restore the deleted content. I saw there is a 'Note history' option for paying customers, but I do not want to join the paid program. Can any staff please resolve this one-time issue? details of the note are :
Note name: September 2023
Time of change: 15th September, between 10am and 14pm (London time).

I'm not sure you'll have any luck having support do this for you on a free account. Other users with similar situations as you have reported good results by subscribing for a month of the cheapest plan in order to temporarily gain access to the note history feature. Best of luck.
