I needed to get my account changed from teams back to personal, however, I get an error when trying to purchase saying that the billing account is wrong. I have been a customer for so many years and my data is now locked. Very unhappy, I have been trying to get this resolved for two weeks. My emails have gone nowhere. My support ticket was closed. 123 not ha py 0 Posted September 12, 2023 Author Share Posted September 12, 2023 That's the problem, when I try to sign in to submit a ticket it redirects me to the billing page. Then when I try to purchase, it gives me the below error. I submitted my original ticket when I could still log in, but now that my subscription is expired, I cant access that feature.
