My Teams account is frozen and when I try to resubscribe there is an error. I cant get to any of my data.

I need someone to reach out to me directly on this. My support ticket is 3733420. I needed to get my account changed from teams back to personal, however, I get an error when trying to purchase saying that the billing account is wrong. I have been a customer for so many years and my data is now locked. Very unhappy, I have been trying to get this resolved for two weeks. My emails have gone nowhere. My support ticket was closed.

That's the problem, when I try to sign in to submit a ticket it redirects me to the billing page. Then when I try to purchase, it gives me the below error. I submitted my original ticket when I could still log in, but now that my subscription is expired, I cant access that feature.
