I really like Evernote, but not quite as much as the £100+ a year cost to subscribe when the free version is really good (also other free note taking options are available).
However I'd happily pay £10-20 in order for Evernote to stop nagging me to upgrade (which is annoying).
Maybe the option could be pay as you feel so that people can pay what they personally can afford.
I think this could be a money maker for Evernote as I'm sure there are a lot of free users out there who feel the upgrade cost is too high.
