In Evernote for Android there is the option to "make the notes available offline"

- individually per note

- total, whole notebook or

- download everything offline

- or nothing at all😛

The detail is probably included in the German translation:

It says twice:

Manage offline notebooks.

However, it should read:

1 x Notebooks and

1 x Notes (individual notes)

Thanks for posting. Bug reports need to be issued through the support channel.

In this case use the support option in the app settings of the Android client.
