Can't /slow to select tags

Hi.

 

Samsung S20 , running 10.53.

 

When I use the Evernote widget to save a clip, it's very difficult to select tags. Have to tap on it multiple times before I can select one .

 

Slightly better if I go in the app and select the tags , of they are near the top. But as soon as you go to search for a tag and try to select one of those it's tricky to get the tag selected .

There was a problem with the tag menu in an earlier version, but I thought it was fixed in 10.53. Which exact version do you have? The most recent is 10.53.2; 10.53.1 did have some problems.

Yeah , I just checked , I'm on 10.53.2.

You probably need to report this to Evernote Support: go to Settings, select Support. Since I'm not having the issue myself, I'm not able to advise.

It's better.

I have to confess I may have been clicking on the wrong area (too far to the left).

 

Sometimes hangs a bit but generally works

My experience on the mobile c liegt (iOS) is this: When I tap ON the tag, nothing happens.

But if I tap BEHIND it, into the area where no characters show, it is added instantly. It seems to really depend on the length of the tags text - short text will take the tap more to the left, a long tag much to the right only. But always tap where no characters show any more.
