profmc 1
There was a link on my siderbar that said something like "Evernote Update Downloaded - Click to restart with update." I clicked and the app restarted. Now when I open the app, it is just a blank white screen (see below). I cannot access most menu items, and nothing makes the app show up. When I click on Evernote > About Evernote, it says: 10.61.3-mac-ddl-public. This is confusing because here on the Evernote Release Notes page, it says the latest version for Mac is 10.57.5. So where did 10.61.3 come from?? I have quit the app and restarted it. I have shut down and restarted my computer. I have deleted the app on my computer and downloaded it fresh again. I am on a Macbook using Ventura. Someone please help. :-( Link to comment
Level 5* Solution gazumped 12,057 Posted August 29, 2023 Level 5* Solution Share Posted August 29, 2023 Hi. Go to Evernote.com and download the update again. It's now 10.61.4. Reinstall and retry your access. If that fails try uninstalling the existing app with Appcleaner or something similar, then repeat the install. Link to comment
