ひらがな･カタカナで検索を行うと、伸ばし棒"ー"や濁点･半濁点が無視される

初めてのフォーラム利用で、フォーラム内検索機能が日本語対応していないようなので、見落としにより既出の可能性がありますがご了承ください。

Evernoteのノート検索機能(ノート内検索ではなく、Ait+Ctrl+Fで可能な検索)を行う際、例えば「ゴール」と検索した場合、「ゴール」「ゴル」「コール」「コル」を含めた検索結果が出ます。このように、伸ばし棒"ー"や、ひらがな･カタカナの濁点･半濁点("゛"、"゜")を無視して検索しているようなので、検索の精度が落ちています。
ノート内検索(Ctrl+F)では「ゴール」と「ゴル」を区別出来ているので、ノート検索(Ctrl+F)でのみ起こる現象のようです。

日本語特有の問題だと思われますが、いつから起きていたかはわかりません。元々前からあったものかもしれません。

Search in EN is designed to be fuzzy. When creating an OCR, there is often an uncertainty about the results. So in the search database several possible search terms are saved for the same visual segment.

Search results get more fuzzy the more languages are selected in the account settings. With each language an additional dictionary is added. With less languages part of the fuzziness is taken away, but it never disappears.

Usually you don’t encounter it, because you search with ONE term, and get a result when it is saved. That’s for Latin languages, and many others.

If this is different for Japanese, I can’t tell. In doubt ask support.
