Why is there no support? I'm paying money for this

I have a serious problem that makes Evernote unusable, and all I can do is post something in the forum and pray? Is this the situation?

If you have a mobile, support is via app settings>support>issue ticket.

This used to be 2 or 3 bullets. I typed 2-3 keystrokes on another line, and this happens. Lost a few bullets, some blow up like this.

Impressive - have you tried 'undo' for your OS to get back to the previous layout?  Or Note History?  Definitely worth contacting Support.  Meantime you could avoid repetitions by using an external outliner like Workflowy and linking the list from Evernote or attaching the output document file from a different application...

@Neomorpheus If it's the same problem as what is mentioned in this thread below, it is a known issue and a fix should go out with the next client update.
