On this date, 2023/08/16, I noticed a charge on my credit card with reference to invoice INV15799676 and identification 228.xxx.xxx-xx.

 

I would like to explain that this transaction was carried out inadvertently, and therefore, I kindly request the reversal of the amount in question. The mentioned purchase was made involuntarily, as my intention was to subscribe to a plan with a monthly billing cycle, rather than an annual one as recorded.
