Cant Purchase plan on Web. Also android app Keeps Crashing

First of all, I cant buy the yearly plan. I get this error: "We were unable to process your payment because of a system error. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

On top of it, cant even start the android app. Crashes as soon as I sign in. Tried clearing data, uninstalling.

Look for the other threads on this issue. Maybe fixed in the new release of v. 10.53.

This happened to me too. I tried different cards, different plans, using different devices. Nothing worked and the app was unusable. 

I created a PayPal account to see if EN would accept that payment and it worked. 

Yay. I just subscribed to a bunch of other issues.

Did the crashing issue get resolved?  I'm having the same issue on the latest install on an android device.  Works for alittle bit then crashes when I tap on anything, like "NOTES".
