"Choose a plan" keeps coming back

I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the "Choose a plan" prompt that keeps popping up on both Mac and iOS apps multiple times a week. I use the free tier and I'm guessing this a way to try to get people to upgrade to a paid tier, so perhaps it's by design. But on the off chance someone can offer a way to stop it, I'd appreciate the help!

It is the price you pay on the Free plan. Maybe a small price to have an otherwise Free service.

Personally I would try to click on „Continue“, and then break it off on the following page.

It will not stop messaging forever, but maybe for this campaign.
