My wife uses Evernote. (I am also a user.)

But suddenly, I couldn't access it with an error message. "Too many login attempt failures. Please try again later."
First, I sent an email to the support center and the ticket number is 3714308.
Her account has all of her work, but she is unable to access it.

Is there a way to solve it?
We waited a few hours and tried to access again, but we got the same error message.
