Allan_E 0
I am running the Beta version of the Android app. The app spontaneously logged me out a day or so ago. Now when i enter my Email address to log in pressing the green continue button, just dims the button to indicate the button is pressed but does nothing. It is not possible to proceed to password entry, so i cannot log in. I am logged in on just two devices. (I revoked two old PCs today to make sure.) Chat support is unavailable. Suggestions please. Allan_E 0
I have also just connected sign in with Google. Sign in by that route pops up a prompt to choose a Google account, which when selected returns me to the sign in screen. Link to comment

I'm not aware that there is a current beta release for Android. I'm not clear if this is only a problem on your Android device or if this is an issue with all your devices. This does feel like a 'too many devices' issue on a Free account. What level of subscription do you have? I'd probably uninstall the Android app and then reinstall. V10.52 is expected in the next few days. You might be wise to wait until the new version is available. 1 Link to comment
Allan_E 0
Thanks dor rhe swift reply. I have a paid personal account, and even if i were logged in to too many devices the app should fail more gracefully, by at least notifying of the reason you cannot login. Version installed is 10.12.1, supposedly on the beta program. Looks unlikely that it is even up to date - auto update is on. Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,059 Posted July 11, 2023 Evernote Expert Share Posted July 11, 2023 The current release for Android is 10.51.2 and I'm told that 10.52 is about to roll out. The 10.12.1 beta is long out of date. I'd uninstall 10.12 and drop off the beta program. 1 Link to comment
Allan_E 0
Yes, bizzare that no updates have been pushed. Fixed. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,781 Posted July 12, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted July 12, 2023 Well, it‘s a beta. And the basic rule is: Don‘t use beta software for productive means. There may be no reliable way to push updates, because there is no reliable software at the receiving end. Link to comment
