mp7777 0 Posted July 1, 2023 Share Posted July 1, 2023 Worked on note on phone, went to laptop to continue, made sure to refresh on phone, may not have waited long enough on laptop, started typing the note then realized it didn't sync, no note duplication alert came up, looked into note history, all the work I did on my android before switching to laptop is not there. Also, now not showing on android. It was alot of work, please tell me it is not lost. Link to comment

So that could be the case for you. Are you on a Free account or one of the paid subs? There is no support for Free. Yes, it may be lost. No, that isn't acceptable. Neither does Evernote consider it acceptable and they are deciding significant effort to working out what the cause is. mp7777 0 Posted July 1, 2023 Author Share Posted July 1, 2023 I really hope it is not. I am baffled that I am not able to get any individual troubleshooting/TA support to attempt the remedy the loss. Determining the cause is very important, as is responding to how the problem has negatively impacted paid subscribers, including their erosion of trust in the platform. I contribute hard-earned monies every month for this product, which should include some level of compensated service. Link to comment
