Upgrade prompt still showing after upgrade in tasks

Even after upgrading, I keep getting this prompt when trying to click into a task on the Windows app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, signed out and back in and still getting this prompt, whereas on phone and in web browser, it allows me to click into the task and make edits, assign due dates, etc.

What Evernote version are you using?  Have you tried signing out and back in?

For uninstalling did you use an uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller? The default Windows uninstall leaves many files which may cause a new install to be broken.
