Evernote Web is not synching on a specific device

Hello!

I'm having a synchronization error on Evernote Web on Chrome on a specific PC.

The following error message constantly appears at the top of the application "Syncing temporarily paused. You can continue editing while Evernote reconnects." 

I'm on the Free plan, with a limit of 2 devices, as shown below:

Now, I'm unsure how the number of devices is counted for Evernote Web, as I can login both on my home PC and my work PC. Bu, I get the synchronization message shown above only on my work PC.

Any idea?

Usually the web client counts as 1 "device", no matter on how many physical computers it is used.

Maybe there is something on your work network environment that blocks the web client from syncing. Network security for companies is getting stricter all the time - some companies now use a strict whitelisting to protect their networks. This means if a site is not positively listed, the firewall will block access.

To find out about it, contact you company IT or help desk.

Indeed that is probably it. I found out Evernote is not a supported solution anymore at my company. Thanks!
