Problems logging in to my account Evernote

Hello. Can you please tell me how to contact the support service with a live person, and not a bot? 

After enabling two-factor authentication in my profile, I cannot now log into my Evernote from new devices, since neither SMS nor calls to my 2 specified mobile phone numbers are coming... I can't reset my password either, because the codes to my phone numbers don't come either... A vicious circle.. What should I do now? I have a paid account. 

There is access to Evernote only through the Evernote Android mobile app.. 

How do I contact this support team so that they solve my problem? How is it even possible that such a company does not have a live support service???

 

Здравствуйте. Подскажете пожалуйста, как связаться со службой поддержки с живым человеком, а не ботом? 

После включения в своем профиле двухфакторной аутентификации не могу теперь войти в свой Evernote с новых устройств, так как не приходят ни СМС ни звонки на 2 указанных моих мобильных номера телефона... Сброс пароля тоже не получается сделать, так как тоже не приходят коды на мои номера телефонов... Замкнутый круг.. Что делать теперь? У меня платный аккаунт. 

Есть доступ к Evernote только через мобильное приложение Evernote Android.. 

Как связаться с этой службой поддержки, чтобы они решили мою проблему? Как это вообще возможно, чтобы у такой компании не было живой службы поддержки???
