I posted about this and actually got response but no follow up.  I requested a cancellation the day I got the notice of automatic renewal.  I have sent 7 emails that did get a response.  The emails were all sent through the Evernote to the sales department.  Your customer service sucks.  I would like someone to respond and resolve the issue of me getting my refund.
