New Evernote Release Not Well Received

The newest version of Evernote makes the tool clumsy and difficult to find the most used simple features. I find it much more difficult to do simple tasks such as add a tag to a note. I think the layout is terribly confusing and difficult to find the things I need. It feels like a step backwards.

Can you elaborate why it is difficult to add a tag ?

I click on the „Add Tag“ icon, or use the keyboard shortcut, I type a few letters, I click on the tag from the short list of proposals, done.

My impression is you now migrated from legacy, and didn’t take your time to learn the new app, including time savers like the keyboard shortcuts.
