tomasfd 0 Posted June 8 Share Posted June 8 I got the email requesting me to update my payment method because the old one failed. But every time I try to add a new one, after I press update it just stays there thinking for ever, and I cannot add it. Link to comment

For a direct interaction, contact support. It the web keeps you logged out, try on a mobile client (app settings, support, issue ticket). Link to comment
