Cannot update payment method

I got the email requesting me to update my payment method because the old one failed.

But every time I try to add a new one, after I press update it just stays there thinking for ever, and I cannot add it.

The forum is user2user, and we can only speculate about the problem (BTW did you empty the browser cache …?).

For a direct interaction, contact support. It the web keeps you logged out, try on a mobile client (app settings, support, issue ticket).
