同期ボタンが
赤｢!｣マークになって

ダウンロードは出来るのですがアップロードが出来ません

ショートカットのダウンロードも出来ません

 

2020年くらいからレガシー版も最新版も

書いた内容が後で見ると消えています

どうすれば解決出来るでしょうか?

This looks to me like a network problem, like a firewall that does not allow the connection to be established.

To confirm this take the device to a different network. If it is portable you can go to a cafe or library where you have free WiFi. If it is a desktop PC you can try a mobile hotspot on your phone.

If it works then, you need to find out what on your local network is blocking EN.
