I have had Evernote for the past number of years. I have typed Outlook notes and then send them to EverNote. the problem is now I do not know how to achieve this task. Can you please help.

If you are on a subscription, probably the easiest way is to send the content from Outlook to EN by email. Every account has a forwarding email address. Store it in your address book, and you can send an email to your own account.

There used to be an Outlook clipper, but it is deprecated now for many Outlook versions, as Microsoft stopped supporting these versions as well.

there is no way to  use outlook 365 to send from outlook to Evernote than this method? Is there plan to try another than retype everything in manually?

Nobody told you to retype everything.

You might have entered the EN help pages, and type the word Outlook into the search field. The first hit would have been this help document.
