Are you on a subscription ? Saving own templates is a subscribers feature.

How many own templates have you saved up to now, in total ? The limit per account is 20, not counting pinned EN standard templates.

If you are on a subscription and below the limit, try to log out of your account, then quit the app and restart it, and log back in.
