Offline notes on iOS issue

Hello,

I am having an issue with trying to use offline notes on iOS. I have designated several as offline access, and they appear to be downloaded (grey arrow), but they aren’t appearing in the Offline menu.

I have restarted the app several times and am up to date. If anybody has any ideas, I’d appreciate it. I will also contact support.

Why don’t you simply check if they are available ? Quit the app, activate flight mode, open the app and see if they are available.

Hello there. Thanks. Yes they are available online. They just don’t appear in that section of the app. I have to search or them or go to the particular notebook where they are located. So, I was curious why they weren’t appearing in the “Offline” menu. Sorry for not clarifying and thanks.

When I go to offline view, I don’t see notes - because I have selected full notebooks. In the notebooks view, the notebooks are listed there, showing the download status as well.
