If there is feature of "Read mode in book format", it is easy to memorise as "2 pages side-by-side" provides location cues to brain to recall the content/notes. Link to comment

If you need visual clues to help structure things, you could try a table. One row for pictures or drawings, one for text, or as you like it. Link to comment
