(Archived) 2.0 a resource hog?

Anyone else experiencing resource issues with EN since the update?

Right now Activity Monitor shows that EN is using 98% of the CPU and 3.19GB of RAM. EN will also crash after 15-20 minutes of inactivity.

Haven't specifically noticed resource issues, but I did have to force close 2.0 yesterday ... it seemed to still be responsive, but hitting the Quit command didn't have any effect. Weird.

I am on SN 10.6.5 and it is also doing this to me too! Using up like 90%.

This kinda sucks been closing it until i need it now.

Thank you for the report - Could you please give us the log file by running the Console application and looking at the left hand side under "FILES", "~/Library/Logs", Evernote, Evernote.log

I am experiencing slow performance as well.

Entering a new simple text note is painful. There is a delay as I enter a character on the keyboard before it displays on the screen.

Good to hear that others are experiencing this as well. My Evernote has been driving me crazy with its beachballing after I updated.

Which email adress do you want the log files sent to?
