Evernote helper disappeared from menu bar

Hello, I recently updated my Mac OS to 13.3.1(a) on a Macbook Air with Apple Silicone. The Mac helper in the menu bar completely disappeared and I can't figure out how to get it and the scratch pad back. Any advice? Thanks

Whatever made it take a leave, it was not updating EN (currently to 10.56.9), and it was not updating to Ventura - Security update 13.3.1.(a). Since I was traveling, I had my MacMini at home at rest, without updating.

So I tested all combinations: First the initial, EN 10.55 and Ventura 13.3.1. Then I updated EN to 10.56.9. And then Ventura with the security update.

The helper stayed in all stages at the menu bar and was fully operational.

You can try to check the MacOS settings for Security, Privacy and Accessibility. Wherever you encounter EN, toggle it ON.

I am so envious that yours disappeared! I came searching old forums seeking a way to remove the menubar icon without the need for 3rd party downloads. All I can find is complaints going back to 2020, and you... the one who got rid of it but wants it back, oh the irony lol

I have this same issue.  I loved being able to screen shot other app windows and recording it directly into Evernote.  Can't do this anymore since updating
