Is this a bug? On iPhone Evernote app

Sometimes when I switch back to Evernote app I see the profile picture on top and after I click it it says note1 at bottom with a profile picture and my name at bottom. What is it? What is note1? Note1  is not the title of the note that I was currently opening?

That’s perfect - it shows the new syncing is active for your account.

And it means you probably have the same note open on another device. This is why it shows your accounts avatar.

It's saying "Currently in the note" and then shows the number of other people in the note in parenthesis afterwards. So "note" is just a generic word in this case and it doesn't show the title of the note there.
