mcncyo 0
Please add command line backup to the new Evernote that is the only reason why I still use Evernote legacy. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,777 Posted April 29, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted April 29, 2023 V10 doesn’t and for all we know will never support scripting. Why don’t you simply use a regular backup program, and run a backup of the database folder ? 1 Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,059 Posted April 29, 2023 Evernote Expert Share Posted April 29, 2023 There's are a few command line programs. I use evernote-backup which is a GitHub project that works fine and I schedule it to run weekly. Link to comment
AlbertR 698
To be honest: I never had any reason to backup lokal EN data. It's a cloud based service, and the service provider has to care for backups on server side. 2 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,777 Posted April 30, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted April 30, 2023 Actually I use the standard Mac TimeMachine, that runs the backup of my Macs. It grabs the EN local folder together with the whole drive. No sweat, just a few GB written in addition to everything else. Link to comment
