kumeuchi 0 Posted April 21, 2023 Share Posted April 21, 2023 iPhoneとMacでアプリでevernoteを使っています。Freeプランです。 久しぶりにiPhoneのアプリを開いたところ、ログイン画面が出て、ログインしたら接続端末を減らせ的な画面に誘導されました。 そこには、 1. (私の名前)'s iPhone (iPhone) この端末 2. iPhone (iPhone) 1時間前にアクセス 3. (私の名前)のMacBook Air 1時間前にアクセス とありました。 2を削除して再びevernoteアプリを開くと、またログイン画面と端末を減らせ画面が出ました。 どのようにしたらFreeプランで、MacとiPhoneの2台で使えるようになりますか? There is a maximum of 2 unsyncs per 30 days. When used, no more unsyncs are possible for 30 days. This can effectively lead to a lockout. If you already tried to unsync, it can be the allowed unsyncs are already used up for 30 days. It seems the iPhone is counted twice. The best procedure would be: Open the app on the iPhone. Log out of your account. Open the app on the Mac. Go to settings, Tab devices. Click on Profile. This takes you to the accounts devices page on the web. Now unsync the 2 iPhones. Only the Mac should be left. Close the web page, close the Mac client. Open Evernote on the iPhone again, log in. If this doesn't work, you have 2 options: Contact support, use the ticket type "Account". It is available for Free users as well. Subscribe to Personal for a month. This will lift the device restriction, allowing to sort out everything. Make sure you are back to 2 devices only before the subscription ends. Link to comment

The ticket type „Account“ should work for Free users as well: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new The other option would be to subscribe for one month of the Personal plan.
