TinBlack 1 Posted April 15, 2023 Share Posted April 15, 2023 When making a screen shot of a website for example, the image I get is a photo of my background image. It is driving me crazy! This happened just a few days ago. Everything was working fine prior to this. I haven't changed anything in my settings. Can someone help? Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,105 Posted April 17, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted April 17, 2023 This is a known problem. It occurs when the app doesn’t have the right in MacOS to record your screen. Either you have clicked away a notification about it, or it bypassed this step somehow. Go to MacOS settings, security and check that EN is listed in the screen recordings apps. If it is missing, you need to add it to the list, and confirm it is allowed to record your screen. 1 Link to comment
