Issue with my Evernote App not allowing me to resize the window or move to another monitor

Hello, Recently my evernote app opens on one screen and I cannot move it or cascade it. Therefore I can only minimize it and it anchored to one of my screens. As you can see from picture below, there is no dash, cascade symbol or X in to top right hand of my screen. Please advise.

Hi.  I'm fairly certain you can't be a Teams (business) user,  so give us a clue - device? OS? Evernote version?  Have you tried logging out and back into the app?  Restarting the device?

This looks like Evernote is in full screen mode. If I'm correct, tapping the F11 key should bring back a normal window.
