The money has been deducted from the bank account but the status of the evernote account remains unchanged.

I just bought the Persional plan on my phone and paid via google play. The bank has confirmed the debit from my account, but my evernote account has not been upgraded yet. I feel like I was cheated. Picture of my payment proof is attached.

Hi.  You're posting in a public forum and that image you included shows you email address.  You might want to delete that.  If you haven't already,  try signing out of Evernote,  or logging in on a different device.  Internet transactions aren't necessarily instant so it might have taken Evernote a few minutes (and a restart) to catch up.
