connot receive the confirm email

Idea

I used the email address yhy@allo-fashion.com signed in and log in evernote international, but this email address was obsoleted for many years, so i could not receive any email from evernote. Recently, my evernote desktop client can not synchronous update, the possible reason is the account was logged in more than 2 devices, so I want to log in the webpage to change the setting, but I was told I have to reset the password, and an verify email was sent to the signed email address, but I can not get the email.

please help me how to solve the problem.

Have a search in the Evernote help pages for support accessing your account when you have lost your password or no longer have access to the linked Email address.

below message fits my problem, but I had not a paid subscription. my previous email address was yhy@allo-fashion.com, current email address is 89012708@qq.com

If you no longer have access to your account's email address
1.Click here to open a support ticket.
2.Select 'Continue as guest'.
3.In the explanation box, write out your current and any previous email addresses. Do NOT include passwords.
4.Indicate whether you've ever had a paid subscription to Evernote. If you have, attach a payment receipt for that subscription. You may have this in your email or in your iTunes, PayPal, or Google Play account. If you used a gift code to upgrade your account, please let us know the code as we may be able to use it to verify your account.
5.Enter your username if you know it.
6.Enter your current email address.
7.Submit your ticket.

I'm so worry that i cannot solve this problem.
