Create more complete Filters for tasks, to show for exemple All task, with due date, flag, combine notebook and the possibility to save the filter (like we have in note's filters), and a task widget with filters as well

Agreed, at least I would like to keep the completed task in notes, but don't want to see them in the open list.

You should explain why unticking the view option "show completed" doesn't work for your workflow.
