Shared Tasks Not Syncing Properly

I have identified a persistent issue with Evernote Tasks. Here is the scenario:

 

Evernote Setup

• I am using Evernote on multiple platforms (primarily Mac, but also Android and iOS)
• My EA is using the web version only

Task Sharing Issues

1. I create a note in a shared Notebook (my "Inbox" notebook)
2. My EA adds a task to the top of the note and assigns it to me
3. She moves the note to my "Active Tasks" notebook.
4. She can see the task in her Evernote note
5. I can see the task, but the subject, due date, assignee, etc. are blank (see image below)

This seems to recur no matter where the task is assigned. We have tried having her create the task in the Note, then go to the Tasks pane to assign the Task to me. This workflow also does not work.

The note content itself seems to be syncing just fine -- just the embedded task that has issues.
