Always opens to same note

Every time I open up Evernote, it always opens to the same old note that I haven't updated in months, even though I've created and updated several other notes since.

I've tried  changing the sort options, logging off and logging back in, everything I can think off, but still... the same old note.  I'd delete it, but I will eventually want to use it again.

Any way I can fix this?

I've seen this a few times on the Android app. Clearing the cache or restarting the phone usually helps.

On desktop it may take more effort to get rid of it. But since the client is not reported (another user who believes the forum regulars have somehow magical sight ...), its sort of hard to tell which side need to be pointed upwards.
