iPadとWindows PCで使用しているのに、iPad2台とPCになりログインできない

iPad1台とWindows PC1台で使用していますが、iPad2台とWindows PC1台で使用しているので削除するように表示されました。iPad1台を削除し、ログインしなおしても、iPad2台とWindows PC1台と表示されます。もう一度、iPad1台を削除しましたが、また同じ状態になり、デバイスの削除は月に2回までを超えたため、ログインできなくなり困っています。

2 iPads is 2 devices, 1 PC is another device. Each physical device is counted as 1 device - the only exception is the web client.

If you want to continue using 3 devices, you need to subscribe. This will lift the ban on your account as well.

Else you need to wait for 30 days until the device excess ban is lifted automatically.

In the future you could use the web client - this works on iPads as well (not on iPhones). If it doesn't open in the Browser, set the browser to desktop mode. If you didn't use the web client until now, it is banned as well until the ban is lifted. The web client counts as 1 device, even when used on a number of devices.
