Evernote failed to recognize my Personal subscription

As shown in the screenshot attached, I subscribed to the Personal version of Evernote on 20th February 2023, and the billing number was INV13857975. I clicked "cancel subscription" to stop automatic renewal. My subscription should have remained valid until 20th February 2024. As of yesterday, I had no issues using the service.

However, just now when I logged in, I found that my Evernote subscription was downgraded to the Free version instead of the Personal version. Could anyone please advise me on how to proceed? Thanks in advance

I think that, generally, you have a four week period to cancel a subscription. Perhaps you cancelled within the window. The link @gazumpedprovided should find a resolution.

Thanks for kindly help! After sending a ticket, the issue is solved.
