is the Affiliate program still active?

I have tried logging into CJ Publishing and also just clicking the link from the Evernote Website to join the Affiliate program and CJ Publishing's site says Evernote is not active.  Is there a new way to sign up or is it not a thing anymore?

The affiliate programs is suspended. It isn't clear what, if any, options are being considered. The CJ programme is over and will not be resumed.
