Tasks in Web Clipper - change it's position to after Tags

Hi

When we do a "web clip", Tasks appear after the Notebook. I think it's not so good for UX. 2 reasons to change it:

1. It's not the default/previous behavior, so it creates a slight stress moment each time we do a clip. (And please don't downgrade Tags - they are part of your history and equally important)
2. If it appeared after the Tags, there could be an option to "associate" to Tasks, that would come right after.
