Entering notes while not connected to internet gets lost!!!!

Hi

I am very annoyed that notes i enter on my Android Tablet and save, get lost in thin air when i get home and Evernote syncs when i have internet connection again.

How can this be possible?

So i start Evernote while offline, I enter notes, i click the V and see them with a wifi symbol slashed.

Then i am at home, i am online, and then they disappear???

I can not rely on a product i am paying for this way........

I searched and looked in the trashcan and also looked in the webversion of Evernote, nowhere to be found.......

Any help would be appreciated or at least a workaround.

This really disappoints and annoys me beyond reason 😞

You say you didn’t have a syncing problem, because you couldn’t sync at all. Usually the app saves content when offline, and syncs it later.

What do you mean by disappearing ? On the tablet ? Have you checked on the web client yet ? The web client is pulling its content directly from the cloud server.

If it is not on the tablet nor on the web, I think you should contact support. Do so from the EN app of the device where the problem occurred. On mobile (support is in the app settings) an activity log will be attached automatically.
