0 Level 5 Solution PinkElephant 8,077 Posted February 12, 2023 Level 5 Solution Share Posted February 12, 2023 Currently search never finds a notebook - it is no part of the search logic. Search finds notes - a notebook can only be an argument in searches, like search only here, or exclude this notebook from searching. You can place a „master“ note into each notebook, carrying a description and all the tags you want to assign. This has an additional benefit: Other users who received a shared notebook can only assign tags to notes that have already been used by the share owner in this very notebook. With the master note you can enable tagging for collaborators even when there are not yet many notes and tags in use. 3 1 Link to comment
0 Mike P 2,626
You can of course search for notebooks in the notebook screen, so a good, descriptive, logical naming convention should help you find what you need, although obviously you don't want massively long notebook names. You could even create your own "tags" prefixed with $ or something and include them in the title. 1 Link to comment
