No way to access support as a paid user

cmt2023

Idea

I have a Personal Evernote account for which I pay 78$ a year. When I try to access the support center by logging in, it instead logs me out of my instance of Evernote. I can see in the browser URL that an old email that I used with Evernote briefly flashes, so there is some disconnect between my current email address and whatever the backend is using despite my filling out the email and password on the support login page. I have cleared my cookies, used an incognito browser window, and used a completely different internet browser, but I can not access support. To add insult to injury, I have also tried to contact anyone at Evernote using all the contact us forms, and have never heard back. This is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a digital service.

You probably have still some old website stuff sitting in your browser cache, blocking any further progress.

Dump the cache, try again. Or use a different browser, like Firefox, if you are currently on Chrome.

If this doesn't work, try to use a mobile client, support option is in settings.

If this still doesn't work, maybe you have something on your network, like an ad blocker blacklist or a firewall setting preventing the support page to be called. Move to a different network, or try mobile data instead of WiFi.

All this has nothing to do with the EN end of support - insult and injury is self inflicted.

You know that a ticket has been created when you receive an automatic email telling your ticket has been created, and a ticket number is shown. As long as you don't receive such an email, no ticket has been created.
