Anyone else seen this problem and know how to fix it please.

Maybe talk to Zapier to make sure your zap is correctly set up?  And if you genuinely have a business account,  are you linking with a note in your personal account or the shared business library?

Hi,

If you are receiving an error message that says "Failed to fetch a new note from Evernote Business" while setting up a zap to connect new notes created in Evernote to sync to Keap, there could be a few potential causes and solutions to try:

1. Check your Evernote Business account settings: Ensure that your Evernote Business account is correctly configured to allow third-party integrations like Zapier. Check if there are any specific Evernote Business API limitations or restrictions that could be preventing the connection between Evernote and Keap.

2. Confirm your Evernote Business access: Verify that your Evernote Business account has the necessary permissions and access to the notes you want to sync with Keap. Check if the specific note(s) you want to sync are shared with the appropriate users or groups in Evernote Business.

3. Review your Zapier settings: Double-check your Zapier integration settings to make sure you have the correct credentials and authorization to access your Evernote Business and Keap accounts. Confirm that you have chosen the right trigger and action options in Zapier to properly sync new notes created in Evernote to Keap.

4. Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and strong, as intermittent connectivity issues could cause issues with syncing data between Evernote and Keap.

If none of the above solutions work, consider reaching out to the support teams for both Evernote Business and Keap for additional assistance in troubleshooting the issue.

Thanks
