App Store upgrade

Hello

Has anyone had issues upgrading on the App Store. 

I have subscribed to Evernote premium for a number of years via my iPad.

The subscription area on the iPad said if an upgrade to personal is made refund will be made for the remaining subscription period.

I decided to upgrade.The upgrade payment has been requested from my bank, but I can't see any change to the subscription on my iPad and when I open Evernote it's still showing as the old premium subscription.

Please could anyone help?

I have tried to submit a ticket but it tells me to contact the App Store, however the App Store said they can’t help on a 3rd party app.

Hi.  If you have paid money to the app store,  then they need to sort out any issues resulting from that payment.  I'd suggest you pursue your ticket with the app store - but please let us know how you're doing...
