Suspicious activity, cannot enable 2fa



I got email that my account was login from UK ( I am NY/NJ based). Went to account access and noticed few other instance of account access that I dont recognize (few UK and Texas). I changed the password but when I tried to enable 2fa, it keeps failing with "internal error" after I enter my phone no. It did send me a code to my phone once but it is not letting me enter the code anywhere. It brings me back to 2fa enablement page everytime. Please help me enable 2fa and also if you can confirm "login" means my account was logged it or was it just tried ?
