アップデートの際のポップアップ表示について

他のアプリを使用中にも関わらず、新しいアップデートがあるたびにポップアップウィンドウが立ち上がり、強制的にevernoteがアクティブになります。

他のアプリで作業中にこれが起こると大変困ります。どうすればこのポップアップ表示を防ぐ事ができるのでしょうか？

Update to 10.50.

The popup is gone since that version. You will see an update information in the left side panel instead, and can choose when to push the button.
