Alerts for when changes are made in notes/table

I would like to know once I share my notes with someone and they make changes to it, if it will notify my phone or email with a notification? 

I am wanting to be alerted when any changes are made to that notebook if possible

With the current setup of syncing and sharing this is not possible.

There is an indirect way to see: When somebody edits a note you have shared, it will update the "last changed" date. If you sort the notes list by the change date, the edited note will be moved pretty far to the top of the list.

It means that ENs CEO has announced early in 2022 that they are working on a new syncing method. It is now end of the year, and the new sync is in private beta right now. It will make syncing "granular", not syncing whole notes as a block. And it will allow collaborative editing, which means more than one person will be able to edit the same note at the same time.

We will learn it is now available when it shows up in the release notes - and there will probably more fanfare to it than just dropping a new release.

Not available (AFAIK never was), and I doubt we will see it at all.
